WHO WE ARE
Community Serve and Life Survival Organization is the national non-governmental organization registered for the purpose of serving community especially in health and economical issue. By having corporation with various donors, the NGO shall conduct research to discover areas for improvement especially in health and general maternal and child support. It has been established on 15th February, 2018 by the General Meeting at Geita Town, attended by 8 members and elite persons from different Town and advisor who is now a Permanent Secretary from Dar es Salaam. The researcher teams from Mzumbe University represented by Dr. Benedict Lukanima gave the great support on how to plan research strategies. The National NGO was formed according to the willingness of the members from different levels of the communities in view to deal with the present socio-economic and health problems in different rural areas by means of good understanding and sharing the problems each other and to find out the best way of solving the problems through free discussion, research, suggestion, support, and incorporation with donors and health care support to bring the community into betterment. By starting with the District in Tanzania that has poor health care we shall conduct regular awareness seminar to pave people’s awareness on health matters and improve people’s life through heath education.

Community serve and life survival organization (CSLSO) is committed to conduct its activities while demonstrating good stewardship in the preservation of the natural resources by adopting environmentally responsible practice for the benefit of every stakeholders including customers, consumers, employees, donors, volunteers and general communities in the areas we operates. The CSLSO utilize its recourses in the promotion of the local and international tourism and encourage the entire community to adhere to environmental and developmental policies by ensuring activities within their jurisdiction do not damage the environment.
The CSLSO recognize that our operation and services will have affection to local, regional and global environment. As sequences of the CSLSO is committed to the reduction of the potential impact to air, surface, water, ground water, public health, community quality life, employee health, wildlife habitats and species preservation and soil degradation while providing high quality services in the areas of operation

Jamii inayoishi vijijini imesahaulika sana hususani kwenye suala zima la afya hii inatokana na kuwepo kwa ufinyu wa bajeti ya serikali katika sekta ya afya kitu kinacholetea kuwepo kwa afya duni na vifo kwa mama wajawazito na watoto walio chini ya umri wa miaka mitano(5), hivyo basi ili kuimarisha ustawi wa sekta ya afya shirika litahusika na kufanya utafiti na kuandika miradi mbalimbali katika namna ya kusaidia kiafya kaya za vijijini, kuzisaidia kaya za vijijini katika swala la afya, vilevile mpango wa muda mrefu ikiwa ni amoja na kujenga kituo cha kuandaa wataalamu wa afya wa kutoa huduma za afya vijijini, kuhamasisha uatikanaji wa vituo vya afya na kuviboresha, kuhamasisha ujenzi wa vyoo vijijini ikiwa ni pamoja na kutoa elimu juu ya umuhimu wa kuvitumia pamoja na kuhakikisha upatikanaji wa vifaa tiba kwa kushirikiana na wahisani wa wadau wa afya

Utangulizi
Jamii inayoishi vijijini imesahaulika sana hususani kwenye suala zima la afya hii inatokana na kuwepo kwa ufinyu wa bajeti ya serikali katika sekta ya afya kitu kinacholetea kuwepo kwa afya duni na vifo kwa mama wajawazito na watoto walio chini ya umri wa miaka mitano(5), hivyo basi ili kuimarisha ustawi wa sekta ya afya shirika litahusika na kufanya utafiti na kuandika miradi mbalimbali katika namna ya kusaidia kiafya kaya za vijijini, kuzisaidia kaya za vijijini katika swala la afya, vilevile mpango wa muda mrefu ikiwa ni amoja na kujenga kituo cha kuandaa wataalamu wa afya wa kutoa huduma za afya vijijini, kuhamasisha uatikanaji wa vituo vya afya na kuviboresha, kuhamasisha ujenzi wa vyoo vijijini ikiwa ni pamoja na kutoa elimu juu ya umuhimu wa kuvitumia pamoja na kuhakikisha upatikanaji wa vifaa tiba kwa kushirikiana na wahisani wa wadau wa afya
